Order information
We store your order information (and the associated personal data) for five years. This is in line with legal standards and necessary for tax purposes.
Customer service contact request
We will retain your data relating to a customer enquiry for as long as is necessary to resolve your enquiry or complaint. Any correspondence will be erased after two years at the latest.
